Hi, I’m DeShae Butler, an artist and designer based in Detroit, Michigan. I create sleek, vibrant, and eye-catching designs across web, digital, and print.
My creative journey began at Oakland University, where I initially studied Engineering with a minor in Studio Art before discovering that Graphic Design allowed me to combine my technical and artistic interests. My love for music, writing, and visual art continues to influence my work—from event flyers and book covers to editorial and web design.
Alongside my career in education, I’ve continued developing my skills as a designer and web developer. I later completed an intensive software engineering program to strengthen my technical abilities and expand what I could create.
Today, I’m passionate about creating clean, polished designs that still feel warm, expressive, and personal. Whether I’m designing for print, digital, or the web, I aim to turn ideas into visual experiences that connect.
